Video capture

1. Accessing the Video Recording Feature

  1. Navigate to the Hand Menu: While using Spector, access the hand menu by raising your hand or using the designated gesture.

  2. Go to the "Advanced" Section: In the hand menu, locate and select the "Advanced" section where additional tools and features are available.

2. Starting the Video Recording

  1. Click the "Video Record" Button: Once in the "Advanced" section, find the "Video Record" button. Click on it to start recording. The system will begin capturing video from your perspective, including any MR overlays and interactions visible in the headset.

3. Managing the Recording

  • Pause/Resume Recording: If needed, you can pause and resume the recording using the same "Video Record" button, which will toggle the recording state.

  • Stop Recording: To stop the video recording, click the "Video Record" button again. The system will save the recorded footage automatically.

4. Saving and Accessing the Recorded Video

  • Automatic Saving: The video will be saved automatically to the designated storage location within the Spector system.

  • Accessing the Video: To review or manage your recorded videos, navigate to the appropriate section within Spector's interface where all captured media is stored.
