Preparation: Ensure the affected area is clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
Ply Removal: Carefully remove the damaged plies. Take note of the orientation and material type of each ply to facilitate accurate replacement.
Ply Replacement: Cut the new plies to the appropriate size, following the dimensions and material specifications listed. Align the new plies according to the orientation indicated.
Curing: After laying up the new plies, allow the repair to cure as per the specifications of the repair method GT80scarf100.
Inspection: Once the repair is cured, inspect the area to ensure the integrity of the repair and that no defects are present.
